Technical Sales Partner

The Role

We are seeking an independent Sales Partner (Business Development / Sales Engineer) to introduce our consulting services to small and mid-sized organizations.
This is a commission-based opportunity with no cap on earnings. You will:
·  Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients.
·  Present our consulting services in a clear and compelling way.
·  Build relationships that lead to signed consulting engagements.
·  Maintain client contact through the sales cycle (we handle delivery and execution).

Prior success in business development, account management, or sales of professional services.
Comfort speaking with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
A professional network or the drive to build one quickly.
Integrity, persistence, and the ability to follow through on long sales cycles.
Enough technical fluency to understand and convey the value of software engineering services (no coding required).

Compensation

Our sales compensation plan is designed to reward you directly for the revenue you generate and the long-term relationships you build.

Commission Structure
·  Year 1: 15% commission on gross profit from clients you originate.
·  Year 2: 10% commission on gross profit from those same clients.
·  Year 3: 5% commission on gross profit from those same clients.
·  Client Growth Reset: If you sell new products or services into an existing client (representing at least 15% of their prior annual revenue), the three-year commission cycle restarts at 15%.
·  Relationship Management: You are expected to maintain and support client relationships for the first three years.
·  Payment Frequency: Commissions are paid monthly (on the 10th day), based on gross profit for your accounts from the previous month.

Performance Bonuses
In addition to commissions, you can earn milestone bonuses as your client portfolio grows:
·  $1,000 bonus at the first time your client revenues exceed $10,000/month for three consecutive months.
·  $2,000 bonus at the first time your client revenues exceed $20,000/month for three consecutive months.
·  $5,000 bonus at the first time your client revenues exceed $50,000/month for three consecutive months.
·  $10,000 bonus at the first time your client revenues exceed $100,000/month for three consecutive months.

This is a founder’s package — it’s very aggressive, and it’s only being offered to the first one or two salespeople who help us land our first clients. Once we’re established, we’ll move to a more traditional commission plan. But for you, the upside is unusually high.
